Before : Impairing the Movement of an enemy Hero marks them for 3s. Allies who attack marked heroes heal 2% of your max health
After : When slowing an enemy hero, marks the enemy hero for 3 seconds and heals yourself for 3% MaxHp. When an allied hero attacks the marked target for the first time, gain 6% of the recovery based on your MaxHp, and you gain 3% MaxHp recovery. Cooldown 6 seconds
