February 24th Update - New Hero & Patch Notes

Introduction of skills:
ATTACKS[Guidance]
Basic Attack deals 350(+70% Attack Power) damage.Every 10s, Joan's next Basic Attack will charge at the Banner, dealling 500(+150% Attack Power) damage and knocking them up for 1.2s if Joan within 9 meters of the Banner.
PASSIVE [Joan's Banner]
Grants 20(+Level*10) Armor and 30(+Level*15) Attack Power to allies within 9 meters around Joan or the Banner. When Joan is beside the Banner, lifts it to obtain one stack [Inspiration] (up to 5 stacks), lasting 4s. Increases the bonuses of [Joan's Banner] by 50%(+30% * stacks of [Inspiration]) while Joan lifts the Banner.
SKILLS 1 [Aim of the Banner]
Joan throws the Banner to the target direction. When it hits an enemy or reaches the furthest, dealing 500/700/900/1100/1300/1500(+80%Attack Power) damage and reducing their Movement Speed by 30% to the nearby targets, lasting 2s. When the skill ends cooldown, the Banner will return to Joan's hand. When Joan picks up the Banner, increases the skill's cooldown time by 50%.
SKILLS 2 [Guidance of the God]
Joan waves the Banner, dealing 500/700/900/1100/1300/1500(+70%Attack Power) damage to enemies within a fan, knocking them back.
When Joan has the Banner in her hands, dispels the debuffs on allies within the area and restores their Health by 500/700/900/1100/1300/1500(+70%Attack Power).
Heal effect will be increased by 10% for each stack [Inspiration].
SKILLS 3 [For France!]
Joan inspirits allies, reducing allies' damage taken by 20%/25%/30%(+3% * stacks of [Inspiration]), lasting 5 seconds. When joan dies during the duration, refreshes the duration , gains 200/300/400 Attack Power and 20/25/30 Movement Speed in addtion.

Enlarged all the attributes with the pace of the battle remaining unchanged.
-Adjustment of Runes
Rebalanced all the Runes' attributes.
2. Hero Balance Adjustments:

Reduced the Attack Speed percentage from 60%/75%/90%(+2%Attack Power) to 40%/55%/70%(+2%Attack Power)
Reduced the Movement Speed percentage from 10%/20%/30% to 10%/15%/20%
Reduced the Basic Cooldown reduction from 70% to 50%

-Basic Attack [Thorn of Darkness]
Adjusted the extra damage from 500(+50%Attack Power)(+30*Level) to 750(+30%Attack Power)(+50*Level)
-Ability [Hatred Uprising]
Reduced the damage of frist period from 500/600/700/800/900/1000(+80%Attack Power) to 500/600/700/800/900/1000(+40%Attack Power)
Increased the damage of second period from 500/700/900/1100/1300/1500(+40%Attack Power) to 500/700/900/1100/1300/1500(+100%Attack Power)
Heracles
-Specialty [God Hand]
Gained 25 Basic Attack Penetrate for each stab
-Ability [Demigod's Arrival]
Increased the damage from 350/450/550/650/750/850(+80%Attack Power) to 500/700/900/1100/1300/1500(+100%Attack Power)
Increased the knokcing off time from 0.4s to 0.8s
Increased the Attack Speed percentage from 10% to 20% for each enemy hit
Moreau

Reduced the damage from 250/375/500(+50%Attack Power) to 250/375/500(+30%Attack Power)
Reduced the damage of repeat from 50% to 25%
Arthur
